The Smoke Yard began with one busted offset and a stubborn streak. It ran hot on one end and cold on the other — fixing it taught us what good gear should do: hold steady, take abuse, and never make you babysit a bad build.

Now we stock the grills, tools, and workwear we wished we'd had back then, picked by people who cook every weekend, for people who plan to.

Meet the Crew

Caleb Hernandez and Zeke Hernandez run The Smoke Yard. Between them they've spent years tending fires, testing gear, and figuring out what actually holds up to a full brisket — and what doesn't.

Every product in the shop gets picked, used, and vouched for by the crew before it earns a spot. If it can't survive a real cook, it doesn't get the name on it.
